Innovation 1: SLS Catalogues

The SLS catalogues feature all the Primary level resources available in the SLS MOE library. The SLS catalogues are updated twice a year and shared with schools, usually in February and October, and can be found on the English Language (Primary) wiki on Opal 2.0.

The available resources are catalogued according to levels, including the Foundation levels, to make searching for resources more manageable for the teachers. A QR code, shortened URL and a description of each resource are provided, in the hope that this will help ease the task of lesson planning.

Innovation 2: SLS PRIme EL

The SLS PRIme EL is an infographic sent to the English HODs every semester, which highlights SLS lessons aligned to the Scope and Sequence for that particular semester.

One resource per level is featured, and the corresponding shortened URL and resource description are also provided. This concise feature of selected resources not only helps promote the latest resources that have been uploaded, it also encourages teacher usage.
